What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this facility are predominantly negative, with a strong focus on the severe lack of cleanliness in the pool, which is frequently described as 'nasty' and 'dirty.' Visitors reported an abundance of debris including leaves, eyelashes, and a variety of insects such as bugs, roaches, flies, and hornets in the water. Many expressed disappointment, stating they were unable to swim comfortably or left without even getting in. There are also numerous complaints about staff attitudes; lifeguards were described as unresponsive, unhelpful, and having poor attitudes when asked to clean, while front desk staff were characterized as cold, unfriendly, and rude, with one instance suggesting racial bias. Strict rules regarding children's play (no jumping or horseplay) were also noted. One mixed review praised the lifeguards for keeping people in check and noted the pool isn't crowded, but still suggested more frequent cleaning. A single, brief positive review mentioned children enjoying their swim.

This pool is DIRTY. There are roaches in the water, flies, hornets, leaves. The leaves would have been okay, but roaches? Unacceptable. Another parent complained to one of the life guards and asked her to clean the pool a little. You can tell the life guard had an attitude about it and cleaned 2 inches of one corner and left all the bugs in the water. I am very disappointed as I expected a fun pool day but I can’t even sit in the water comfortably. Bugs are getting stuck in peoples hair and they don’t even know it. We sat outside the gate for 10 minutes waiting to get in while the life guards just sat. They could have utilized those 10+ minutes to clean out this pool. Tried to take photos but the sun makes it hard to see in the pictures.

From the moment we entered, the attitude of one woman at the front desk was cold and unfriendly. When she spoke to our child, her tone was unnecessarily harsh and rude — just for a small thing. It really felt like we weren’t welcome. Honestly, it felt like there was some racism behind it. That kind of behavior has no place in a public facility.

The pool is never too crowded! The lifeguards are always on point! They don't allow alot of horseplay, and they keep everyone in check. One suggestion would be, is bcuz the pool is in a heavily wooded, they should clean the pool a little more frequently and clean up the leaves around the pool to keep the pool debris down
