What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews highlight two different types of recreational facilities. The first two reviews describe a highly-rated ropes course or adventure park, praised for its extremely pleasant, helpful, and safety-conscious staff. Visitors found the facility to be larger than anticipated, with courses taking around 45 minutes each, and appreciated the plentiful shade and shaded picnic benches. Excellent safety features, such as a two-clip system, were noted, along with plans for a new 1,000-foot zip line. Many enjoyed opening discounts and highly recommend the experience. The remaining reviews pertain to swim clubs. One unnamed club received strong positive feedback for being clean, simple, and well-managed with enforced rules. It features a huge kiddie pool, large standard pool, shallow section, and diving well, along with amenities like a snack bar, grills, tables, chairs, and umbrellas, contributing to a great atmosphere. Conversely, "Phoenix Swim Club" garnered mixed opinions. While some long-time members praise it as an 'AMAZING place' with nice staff and a clean facility maintained by the manager, others express disappointment. They lament a change in management in recent years, describing the current manager as unfriendly and unaccommodating, the removal of fun events, a 'greenish-grey' pool in August, and increased membership prices, concluding it's no longer worth the money.

Was lucky to get the halve price opening sale but will be taking my 3 grandchildren back soon. Extremely pleasant & helpfully staff. In the shade the entire time. Sat at shaded picnic benches while watching them have so much fun. The internet pictures do not show how big the courses are. Each course took almost 45 minutes. Have a great safety built into the two large clips in which one must be closed before opening the other. They are working a 1,000 foot long zip line. Had a lot of concerned staff.
I was lucky enough to get halve price, staff are absolutely amazing! They are really concerned about what they are doing, I felt absolutely safe. The facility is bigger than it may seems at the internet pictures, so it's a pleasant surprise. I also appreciated shaded benches to have some rest. Highly recommend!
This is our first year here and I couldn't be happier, we love it here! Clean and simple. Standard pool rules that are enforced by management. Huge kiddie pool, large standard pool, shallow section and diving well. They have a snack bar, grills, plenty of tables with chairs and umbrellas provided. Great atmosphere and great club.
Phoenix used to be a fun friendly family oriented swim club. Quietly tucked in the woods of Feasterville, it was a nice place to spend the day with your family. However, the past few years Phoenix has undergone a change in managment. It is just not the club of the past. Most of the fun events are gone. The manager is unfriendly and non accomodating. The pool is greenish grey during August and they raised the price of their membership. Just not worth the money anymore...
Phoenix Swim Club is an AMAZING place. I've grown up there. The staff are so nice and I absolutely love all of them. The manager keeps the facility cleans and tidy.
