What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews for the facility are mixed, but often highlight significant issues. Positives include that the facility is considered fun, especially for children, with good play sections for various age groups and generally nice water slides. Some found the food and beverage prices decent or reasonable, and despite a pricey admission, felt it was worth it. However, numerous negative experiences were reported, primarily concerning policies and staff. Complaints included unhelpful and unprofessional staff, long waits at food stands, and an inflexible 'no refund' policy, even when guests left shortly after arrival due to immediate pool closures (e.g., vomit in the water), accessibility issues, or safety concerns. A major safety concern for parents was the policy prohibiting USCG-approved life vests, particularly for non-swimming children. Other issues mentioned were trash in the parking lot and strict day pass timings. These negative experiences, especially regarding customer service and stringent policies, led several reviewers to state they would not return.

Very fun. Kids loved it. Food and beverage prices were decent. The price to get in as a guest was pretty pricey, but you get what you pay for, it is really nice. I do think they need more workers at the food stand. It took entirely too long to get just a few things. The different play sections for the different age groups was really nice. The water sides were nice but I did get hurt on the big yellow slide when I came out. I most likely won't get on that again and just stick to the pools. I would definitely go back for the kids.
Great place. It’s a bit pricey at $25 per adult, but absolutely worth it. The price helps keep all the people enjoying the fun and focused on decent behavior. A lot of the reviews complained about the prices at the snack bar, but they’re super reasonable. I included a pic of the board. Lots of stuff for the kids to do and some great stuff for the adults too. I just wish I lived closer so I could enjoy a membership, but living an hour away makes day trips something I can’t do everyday. No complaints about this place. If you’re on the fence then just come by and check it out. You won’t be disappointed and the kids won’t be either.
To look from out side in, pool looked nice. I got there at 12:15 pm. They don't give day passes, till 1pm. I'm disable and to wait or come back was not convient so i didn't get to go. Kids was very dry person. Didn't offer any more info or a smile. I left and will not be back.
Decided to take my 3 kids to the Souderton pool today 7/18. Upon arrival we saw trash including swim diapers thrown on the ground outside in the parking lot. We arrived around 4:45, paid walked in and they immediately announced someone threw up in the pool so they were closing it but would reopen at some point. I had a 1 year old with me who wasn’t gonna just sit and wait for who knows how long, plus how unsanitary is that to not wait at least 24 hours to make sure the water was clean 🤮 So I asked for a refund or a certificate for another day since we literally just walked in and didn’t even have time to sit down- they refused. The manager was completely un-professional as she pointed to her “no refund” sign saying they was no way to offer one. Being as I paid in cash it shouldn’t have been an issue. Let me just say that was only the 2nd time taking my kiddos there and will unfortunately be the last due to how they treat the customers 😞
I had a frustrating experience here just last Friday (7/11). We arrived around 4:30 p.m. to take advantage of the half-price admission after 4. After being borough residents for 5 years, we decided to give the pool a chance for the first time. I was alone with my 1 and 4 year old, neither of whom can swim, so I made sure both were in properly fitted USCG approved life jackets. I take water safety very seriously and never allow my kids near a body of water without one. For clarity, a USCG approved life vest meets strict federal safety standards designed to keep a person, especially children and non-swimmers, safely afloat and their head above water, even if unconscious. Other flotation devices like puddle jumpers, water wings, swim noodles, or foam toys do not provide reliable safety and should never replace a properly fitted USCG approved life vest. We were sitting near the baby slide for maybe five minutes when a lifeguard approached and informed me that life vests weren’t allowed in the pool. As a parent responsible for two young non-swimmers on my own, this immediately felt unsafe, so I made the decision to leave. At that point, we had been inside the pool gates for less than 10 minutes. According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and the American Academy of Pediatrics, children who are not strong swimmers or cannot swim should always wear a properly fitted, U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket when around open water or pools. (Source: CPSC Pool Safety and AAP Water Safety) Again, this is never to be replaced by water wings, puddle jumpers, paddle boards etc. It’s deeply frustrating to be penalized for taking widely recommended safety precautions, especially as a solo parent. A little flexibility and understanding in policy could go a long way toward creating a more family-friendly and safety-conscious environment. When I asked to speak with a manager (Logan), I was told that refunds were not issued under any circumstances. The manager had another staff member (Vinny) contact the borough office, and both Laura or Lauren and Stephanie upheld the no refund policy. I was advised to email the borough if I had concerns, but the stance was firm. A lot of families these days are working with tight budgets, which is exactly why we came after 4 p.m. for the discounted rate. I’m also a tax-paying resident of this borough, which makes this even more frustrating. When a local facility takes your money and refuses any sort of refund or credit, even when you leave almost immediately due to valid safety concerns, it doesn’t feel like policy, it feels like theft. Unethical policies that lack basic fairness erode community trust and push families like mine away. This review comes after a local Facebook group member shared her experience of something incredibly similar happening to her on 7/18. Following her post, many local families chimed in sharing their similar experiences. It’s now evident that my story is not an isolated incident and should be addressed by the borough.
