Been coming here for decades. Family owned and run. I love it here. Only gym in town to allow my 9yo son to have his own membership. Its really cool to have a gym the whole family loves coming to. Thank you Simon!!!

This gym is great! We drive 40 minutes to come here! Best price and friendliest staff. The equipment is in good working order and they offer a pool, dry sauna, steam room and hot and cold plunge!!!!! Ana at the protein bar is the best!! If you want a deal and get jacked then come here. 🥰

Felt pressured into a contract before I could even have a trial. I went maybe twice since however I sincerely refuse to go again, the equipment isn’t serviceable, it’s falling apart. The building smells like it’s rotting from the inside out. And they still expect me to pay the rest of the contract. 🤷🏽‍♀️ It’s not happening. I read some articles about its history and it adds up. If they used the money to renovate the building and invest in better equipment it would probably be worth selling. Also if you do sign a contract DO NOT put your friends or loved ones numbers on there, I've heard that they will be calling them over and over to get them to come in.

Not sure what some people on these reviews are tripping about. It's a great place to work out. Lots of amenities avaliable for the price. Any issues regarding them "harassing" people must be blown out of proportion. In my experience, with proper communication issues are dealt with swiftly.
