Hands down the best pool in the 775. It has its heavy traffic times so stay up to date on the schedule. The staff is always kind, and helpful. I do laps, use the gym upstairs, take my kids to the children's pool. Open swim is always a blast. Its a beautiful facility and always look forward to my swim. Its often the best part of my day. Just go for the membership! 🙃 You'll thank me later. Lastly I used the jacuzzi in the winter and it was a real treat.
Absolutely love the new facility! Took my first water fitness class here in Saturday with Jenna, it was a lot of fun. I actually felt the burn in my arms, which I wasn’t expecting. So it’s a legit workout. It was held n the lazy river pool. Afterwards us ladies hit the “soaking” pool outside. Absolutely love the design! It’s a hybrid pool that has jets on one side, with bench seating going around. There’s even jets for your feet! Very relaxing after a workout and the ambiance is modern and relaxing. The only complaint I have is that the pool schedules can be confusing, so you need to be on top of it. You can’t just drop in for the soaking pool. It’s only open certain hours. I took my son so we did the lap lanes. There’s an etiquette to the lanes that we eventually caught on to. Two people can be in a lane and the lanes are marked for water walking, slow, medium and fast. The lanes are popular! The front desk can give you a card for re-entry later in the day, when the soaking and lazy river pools open up, which was at 3:30. That worked but the lady at the front desk didn’t know she could do that and had to be instructed. Most of the staff is really friendly although the one assisting the front desk was clearly agitated, not sure who that was directed at but they’re kids and still learning the ropes. Definitely going to get the membership! Beautiful facility.
Great place, plenty of parking lots of seating for spectators to watch the swim teams. only problem I have when I went to the men’s room. There were no urinals, I was confused, but I walked into the women’s restroom. Other than that, it was great thank you
Wow! What a facility, and it holds something for everyone from Tiny Tots to Adults! There are three club swim teams and one Masters' Team that call this pool home and work out here. There are also an amazing group of very highly qualified swim instructors there, to teach people of all levels...They are all top-notch and are all great at working with swimmers of all levels! They include Terry, Heidi, Kylie, Kelsey, Dietrich, and Talia! The locker rooms are spacious and pristine, and there are three pools that one can choose from; the 50-meter x 25-yard Olympic-size competition pool (with 3- and 1-meter diving boards, lap-swimming lanes, and play area), A warm Lazy River rec pool (great for families), and a very large outdoor spa (think of it as a huge rectangular hot tub! There's also a large exercise room upstairs. Add to this a wonderful group of customer service-oriented front desk personnel, and a cadre of attentive and highly trained lifeguards, and you have a world class aquatic facility! Most outstanding...check it out!
Brand new beautiful facility lots of wonderful separate pool types and areas. Happy that the soaking pool is 18+. It’s nice to chill without some kiddos splashing & making all kinds of noise. They have their own pool for that. Problem is there’s a lot of people coming and going so the showers and changing areas get filthy. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or if they just don’t care but it’s kind of gross when you can’t stand in a place that’s not dirty from the dirt that’s tracked in from outside. There’s always hair on the floor and walls in the showers. Gross! We’re not even dealing with the winter weather yet so I hope they are aware of it and find a way to keep it cleaner.
