Five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful time at the Sun Valley Pool! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, welcoming, and well cared for. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing, and it was just what I needed to unwind and enjoy the day. The lifeguards stood out right away they were so polite, attentive, and professional. It gave me peace of mind knowing they were keeping such a close eye on everything while still being friendly and approachable. I left the pool feeling refreshed and so happy with my experience. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in making this a great community spot. I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you, Sun Valley Pool, for such a great day!
Very nice and clean pool! Has 3 slides, a big pool and a kiddie pool. $4 a person to get in and we got ice cream for a dollar! Limited chairs but they let you bring in your own lawn chairs.
Wasn't even there an hour with my fiance before I was rudely accused of smoking on their premises by a young curly haired girl who was a guard there and her approach was very rude she stated her manager sent her, so I went to speak to the manager about what we where accused of and why that was being said she flat out covered her nose and started yelling at us that we smell like weed and smoke and she's allergic to it. I emptied my bag and showed her we didn't smoke or have any smoking devices and she kept on saying that she seen it and we are lying. We asked her to stop being disrespectful and she did not stop being rude she continued to yell, and to accuse us of something we clearly didn't do I mean, who would empty out their whole book bag in pockets just to prove they didn't have something if they really did it without being provoked to do so. This was the manager as well of the Norma Fink pool. I do not know her name or have her name but she is about 5'7 with blonde hair and a chunky build. She's probably about 50 years old too it's just sad that you go there to have a relaxing day and you get accused of doing something you're not doing and disrespected that's not good customer service One star
