Tony and his crew (Nick, Chris, Carlos, Jose, Pedro, and Gerardo) did an amazing job. It was definitely not an easy job but they did it. My endless pool needed to be moved over and back after placing a sub floor to level the pool in our garage. They were a great team working together and very nice. My pool is so important to me. I have been swimming for over 48 years and am so grateful that Tony and his team took care of my pool.

Delivery was slightly outside of our delivery window. I called the shop and they contacted the driver right away and found they were 5 minutes away and had delays outside the crews control. Upon arrival Anthony, Nick, and Chris were all kind and professional. William was thorough with care instructions and also left all the needed chemicals, tools, and instructions we need to care for our new hot tub. We cannot wait to use our new spa!!

The whole crew was amazing!! Personable, professional and prompt. Made sure everything was set up how we wanted it and ran through the set up process in terms we could understand! Highly recommend all the guys: from Jackson on the sales end to the guys who delivered it: Anthony, Nick, Chris and Keivon. Super nice and thorough!!

Anthony and his crew ( Nick, Chris, Carlos, Jose, Pedro and Kelvon) were amazing! They took great care in making sure nothing was scratched or altered in any way. They accomplished taking our enormous and heavy old spa up a significant hill as if it were nothing! They took care installing the new spa and explaining how to work it. They were all very courteous. Anthony is a great leader of his crew and very easy to work with.

We had a great experience with Spa and Sauna. Mark and Scott totally took care of us. Helped us select the model and color that we wanted, and kept us posted about the backordered status of the one we wanted (we knew the dark color was backordered when we placed our order and wanted to wait). Gave a great veteran's deal and recommended a guy to build us a custom gazebo around the spa so we can use it year round. Totally recommend the enclosed gazebo, especially up in our area- we're using ours year around even if its pouring rain, windy as hell or even snowing. And they did a beautiful job. Did a great job of the delivery and set up. 100% happy with them. UPDATE: Got a "flow error" message on the screen over the weekend. Had a text conversation over the weekend and tried the suggested trouble shooting but unfortunately didn't fix the problem. BUT- they had a service technician out to the house by Monday afternoon who fixed the problem and got it fixed for us. Again- another stellar service. So rare to get such phenomenal service from a company these days, but they've knocked it out of the park every time we've dealt with them.
