I've tried a few of the yoga classes at the Patrick Henry YMCA and the instructors are fabulous. Really knowledgeable and caring. The other participants are great. I've just moved up here and this YMCA is lovely. Great facilities.

Ive been going through a hard ship the last few years after dealing with anxiety of the loss of my grandmother and losing my home. Charvay has had 0 consideration for the hardship i am going through. She went and canceled my membership after i paid it and had it adjusted to fit my financial Crisis. Ymca values donot match her work ethic nor her customer service. I will not be attending The ashland location due to her. Sad because ive been with the ymca as a member 30 some years. Y is suppose to be a christian organization so to be treated so disrespcfully os heart breaking.

I love coming here! The staff members are always friendly. There are tons of options for types of classes and times that fit my schedule. I also love that there’s an indoor track and I don’t necessarily have to be on the treadmill to get my cardio.

Awesome 2nd home! Friendly, inclusive & caring from the swim lessons to childcare so Moms can take a class to exercise classes & coaching…we’re so fortunate to have this Y here!!

Don’t go to this gym if you’re Latino or speak Spanish. A crazy woman started yelling at me in the bathroom because I was talking to my mom in Spanish. At first I ignored her and she thought I couldn’t understand what she was saying but I still remember the face she had when I got tired and answered back… and the administration didn’t do anything about it.
