What are people saying (AI review summary)? The pool receives mixed reviews, with some patrons praising its size, family-friendly environment, and welcoming atmosphere for swim teams. However, significant criticism centers on the membership pricing, which many find excessively high for a 'dated neighborhood pool' and a sharp increase from previous daily entry fees. Other frequent complaints include limited operating hours and a desire for facility updates. Furthermore, there have been instances of customer service issues and confusion regarding daily entry versus membership, where guests who paid for entry were later informed it is a members-only club, leading to negative experiences and a reluctance to return or join.

We joined the club and their pool is awesome.
I will continue to go here only bc its literally right down the street so I cant beat the convenience. It is kind of pricey for the membership and I really wish the hours were better bc on a lot of days it's only open for a few hours. With the price point as it is, wish they would install a slide or update what's there. At least they do have a diving board lol but hours could be much better even if they'd open it up to adults oy while no life guard is working? Just a thought
This pool used to have a daily entry of $1, now the people who run it want $150 a person or $300 for a family. Are you out of your mind? Its a neighborhood swimming pool (a dated one at that) not a country club. I take great offense that this pool isn't free or at least discounted to homeowners who actually live in the Regency Place subdivision. I could understand those price points for renting out the venue for a private party but to charge people that for a season is absolutely ridiculous. I'd rather spend my money at Canyon Lake or the Tube Shoot.
So i called this location to see how much they charge for my kids to swim. The guy that answered the phone was nice he said $5 per person i come from California been here for 2 months looking for a fun place for my kids. i was OK with the price so we went paid and kids were enjoying themselves we were there for about an hour and half and this lady out of nowhere comes up to us and said "first of all i would like to say enjoy the pool we know you paid to come in but this is a member club only so you need to be a member to be here but since you paid enjoy the pool they gave you wrong information. Well we didn't feel comfortable after that so we decided to leave felt like she was investigating who we were. She was one of the board members. The funny thing is i was talking to my husband about maybe paying the $250 a year to be a member. Wont be a member and wont be back to the pool.
Nice folks, big pool. All of my kids have been made very welcome and we're ecstatic to be starting a new season on the swim team, again, after COVID.
