I've Used "The Pool Guys" for 10 years. I never leave reviews but their service is excellent and I feel the need to tell others. To me its this simple my pool is crystal clear and they are very affordable. Over the years parts go out and need replacement and The Pool Guys advised me the whole way through, to fast and simple repair. This is also a family owned business with a hard working owner. I recommend him to anyone looking for no hassle affordable service.

I was having a problem with my filter. The Pool Guys came over within a few hours. He was professional a courteous. He explained how things worked. Told me what chemicals were not good for the pool. I highly recommend the Pool Guys for anyone looking for a pool person.

I decided to use Pool Guys as my regular pool assistance started to blow me off and stopped showing up. Jeff with the Pool Guys fit me in his schedule the very next day and has provided amazing help at a very fair price. He educated me on the problems I had with easy solutions and pointed out mistakes that my pool builder left me with. Will only use Pool Guys from here on out.

In just 3 months they skipped service twice without saying anything until I brought it up. I asked a few times for a heads up text when entering my yard. Keep scaring me when they show up and I'm home alone. Guy brings his dog with him to roam around my yard. Been waiting a month for a quote so my pump isn't loud. Now my pool has algae and they didn't say anything until I brought it up. A vendor should communicate all of these things. Added pics of my pool a couple of hours after service was supposedly completed. Leaves were removed, but dirt / algae remain. Even though my pump is insanely loud, it was working and running several hours every day, which is plenty for December.

Jeff provided excellent service. Long story short, my pool was gradually turning green due to my inability in balancing the chemicals. Jeff came over assessed the situation and added a powered chemical and gave me recommendations to maintain it. After a couple of days, it is turning blue again. It is still in the process of clearing up, but it saved a lot of trouble and time. Thank you!
