Some visitors also reported encountering an unfriendly and rude gate attendant.
Reviews
The pool is clean and a good size. Ample seating, and we didn’t feel crowded or anything. The elderly lady attending the gate was not friendly at all. It was our first time here, both my husband and myself tried to greet her and she ignored us, then rudely barked at us that we have to sign in. She also questioned if the children we brought with us were part of our family, which I thought was kind of weird. So, aside from the rude lady at the gate, the pool is pretty nice.
many occurrences where we have taken lots of time and put in money for snacks to get ready for the pool and it’s closed during BUSINESS HOURS and the website says it’s open when it’s NOT we pay FOR THE MEMBERSHIP AND THE KEY FAB READER NEVER WORKS so what is the point. swim team takes up the whole day when we are still paying for it. js walked an hour to both pools and they were closed. Almost fainted. blisters on my feet. absolute rubbish and justice shall be served to the wildhorse community.
only went twice without a Key card we live by the pool in hills of Shaenfield we had just moved here from the down south saw that our community had a pool and park for kids I’d order a card just for them to tell us we can’t have access to it because we don’t live in the wildhorse it’s connected all in one don’t make any sense! it’s 6 mins from us paid the 25 fee still haven’t gotten our money back overall if your planning on going to the pool here without a card don’t bother even going, they’ll maybe let you in once or twice after that they will start telling you’ll need a card or won’t be let in unless someone inside opens it for you everytime we took our daughter it’s was fun my daughter loves swimming the kitty pool is kinda cold and the big pool is mostly warm great condition to bring your famliy or friends but speaking on my experience not for everyone else Thank you .
