My grandson is enrolled in their program, I can say the program has been very excellent so far. There are many great instructors with great attitude and they are very patient as well. The deck watcher Jacob has been excellent with great customer service and any trouble I had or questions he answered happily. I would recommend parents to British Swim School as they are awesome at what they do.

I’ve joined my son here. It took just two days for us to decide this is not the place where we want to send him. The pool temperature is supposed to be in the 80s. They maintain it at 70s even below. The kid comes out suffering and their answer is we are trying to fix it but having a hard time working with 24 hour fitness works. I tried to cancel them they didn’t and they’re giving a super hard time to cancel. Save yourself from all this headache and go elsewhere. This area has so many nice academies this place is not worth it. I’ll work with my bank to see what I can do. This is cheating because they haven’t provided the service that we signed up for. Apparently, rules only apply for cancellation, but not for the quality of service or the environment that they are supposed to provide.

Disappointed with my experience at British Swim School San Ramon. I was excited to enroll in their adult summer special (3x/week classes), which was clearly listed on their website. But after registering, I got a call saying the offer was only for kids. After an hour of back-and-forth where the agent had to ask the manager for every small decision, they finally said I wasn’t eligible unless I paid extra. The process felt disorganized, unclear, and unprofessional. Definitely not the customer experience I expected.

Pool is average but the lessons are great - structure and group learning got my daughter to progress much further in just a few lessons than at a string of private lessons we had done

Great experience thus far, instructors are good and make my child feel comfortable around water and give him confidence to learn how to swim. We have tried other swim classes in San Ramon and this one has definitely been better than the rest. We are in a private 1:1 class, Dolphin Level 1.
