Should probably give it a one star to keep it awesome like it is. Great pool. Everyone is friendly. Staff is great. Clean, not crowded. Just awesome. Only 25 meters though so thats 36 laps for you.

Pool is a nice temp but they make all kids stay in one small area of the shallow end and they keep the laps up even during family swim. It gets too crowded and they won’t let kids swim laps with parents, even if they can pass a swim test. Very frustrating that my kids can’t work on their swimming skills because they’re so militant about lap swimming even if supposed to be family swim. We stopped going.

This is my old 9th grade school. I was looking online for a senior water aerobics class and found it here. The entryway was inviting and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful in answering my questions about the aerobics class. I gave 4 stars because I was only there to get information. I didn't see the inside facility where the dressing rooms are. But I also was told that they keep their pool warm and it's outside.

My daughter's competed in the cardboard box derby race today!! Super exciting. They won they're race! They do it every summer. City of Berkeley recreation is the best summer experience for our kids.
