What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews offer a mixed perspective of the facility. Positive feedback praises the family-oriented atmosphere, variety of classes and equipment, and generally kind and helpful staff, with some members enjoying the location for many years. However, significant negative experiences highlight issues with customer service, including unclear membership cancellation policies leading to unexpected charges and a lack of follow-up on billing disputes. A major recurring complaint centers on the indoor pool, which is frequently inaccessible due to extensive swim team practices (often without any lanes reserved for regular members), early evening closures, or minor weather events, often without prior notice, leading to frustration among members who feel they are paying for a service they cannot use.

We have been members over 18-yrs. & really enjoy this location. Family oriented, awesome staff, a nice variety of classes & equipments.
The customer service at this location is atrocious. I called to cancel a membership on the 16th of the month and was told I had to come in to cancel. I was never told that I needed to cancel by a certain date to not be charged for the next month. I went in on the 22nd of the month and was told that I had to cancel by the 20th otherwise I would be charged for the next month. They need 10 days notice to cancel? When I went to register again a few months later, I was not able to do so because they said I had a balance due. When I asked to speak to someone about it, I was told someone would call me back. No one ever did.
Just straight up tired of having zero access to the pool. This is the best spot in the world to have membership for the pool if you want to just pay for nothing. If a single weather event as extreme as sunset happens? Rest of the place is open, but not the indoor pool, and there will be no notice given online, no sign put up, you'll just be locked out. If you have a job and might want to swim after work? Screw you, they got paid by the swim team so the pool will be closed 4 days a week. Since everyone knows lifeguards can't watch a pool after 7pm, it's also closed then, so no winding down in the evening with a nice swim.
I honestly love the location and staff, but I'm sick of the way they cater to the swim team above and beyond their own members. Staff have been nice and helpful when the kids ran amok, but I can't exactly complain that they're just obnoxious in general. Additionally, not even ONE LANE in the pool reserved for members during swim practice? If the team is so big they dominate the whole place like this several times a week, they should have their own pool. I only even come here to swim and can't even do that, so I don't know why I bother keeping a membership.
Nice facility! The staff is kind and helpful. Would recommend to other!
