The O’Fallon YMCA in Illinois is one of the most awesome community places to exercise and get together with your community no matter whether it’s for youngsters or seniors, they have something for everyone. The staff is amazing and helpful in every way every day and the facilities are clean, and the choice of activities from kids to seniors is amazing, including the overnight trips. thank you everyone at the Y for doing such a fantastic job. Keep up the good work.

We have only used this location for swim lessons. Through our multiple sessions, we were happy with the progress of our children. Most of the instructors were successful with improving of swim skills. The facility was always clean. When you have young children and you overlap with other classes, the family changing area gets packed and it is limited for space. You have the option to use the M & W dressing rooms as well.

Child Watch is located on the first floor, on the entrance to the right. Extraordinary nursery room! Plenty of natural light and huge compared to other YMCA's Child Watch rooms. My only observation to the staff is, and I know dealing with kids is not easy, is not to yell to the kids. It looks like some of the staff also have their own kids there, and the way they were talking to them was kinda rough and they also used the same tone with the other kids. I stayed 2 full hours on the tables next to the Child Watch room and I could clearly hear everything that was going on. I will still bring my kid to this place, but not as on a regular basis.

Poor customer service! Enrolled my son to a swimming class that was supposed to be a 4 session class. 1st day of class was cancelled due to the weather. Was informed that the class was cancelled 5mins before the scheduled time and we were already there. Totally waste of time!!!! They shouldve informed us at least earlier. Second, since the class was cancelled we were told that there will be a make up class. Last wednesday, June 25th was the last day of the class. Nobody informed us that there will be no longer make up class and that will be the last day. Today, July 2nd, We thought that its gonna be his make up class from the first day that was cancelled. The Aquatic Director, DARCY BENWAY said that there is no Make up class and the session is only up to 3 classes. Totally different from what we have told at the first place!!! She also said that if the class was cancelled twice then thats the time that there will be a make up session, which TOTALLY DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE!!!!! If thats the policy they shouldve informed us before!!!!!! Our total experience was ruined by her RUDE BEHAVIOR!!!!
