What are people saying (AI review summary)? Mascoutah Pool is highly regarded as a family-friendly destination, featuring a zero-entry pool, separate pools for different age groups (including a children's pool with fountains and a frog slide, and a larger pool with a big tube slide), and ample shade. The lifeguards and management receive significant praise for their kindness, patience, understanding, and accommodating nature, particularly highlighted by a military family with an autistic child. The snack area offers good, reasonably priced options. While the pool itself and its staff are highly rated, a recurring complaint is the condition of the restrooms, which are described as dirty and lacking soap. Beyond the pool, the town of Mascoutah is also commended for being a good place to live, with a great school district, low crime, and friendly police, with recent construction improvements noted at the pool.

We are a military family new to the area. Change is hard for our son who has severe autism. Mostly because places and people do not understand him. I was so relieved that this pool and the people working there do understand, believe and meet us half way. This is our favorite local pool. Even as nonresidents and having a free base pool we still prefer to come here and bought the season pass. The lifeguards are kind, patient and understanding. The manager acknowledged and accommodated my son who is nonverbal and has autism but is an excellent swimmer by allowing us to verify he could swim and use the waterslide(his favorite). If you happen to be stationed in this area or move here with a child like mine I hope the inclusion and kindness continues even after we are gone. TY Mascoutah Pool!
Clean pool and very kid friendly! Love the zero entry pool! Restrooms are awful so beware!!! Very dirty and no soap 🤮 my only complaint!
Great place for families! Love the fountains slide zero entry etc in the children’s pool. And then there is a whole other big pool to spread out. Love the big umbrellas to grab some shade. Snack area is good-they have frozen ski! The lifeguards are always top knotch/A+
Love it! Mascoutah is definitely a good place to call home! Great school district full of fantastic teachers, town is clean and crime is extremely low compared to all the surrounding towns in the county. Plenty of places to eat and the police officers are very friendly, supportive and always fast. The pool has had some construction work for the better. I'd give more stars if I could. Great Job Mascoutah 👏 👍!
Nice big pools. There are two separate pools so little kids can be separated from bigger kids. There is a little frog slide for the little kids and a big tube slide for bigger kids. There is also a small snack stand with a few food and drink options with very reasonable prices. Fun for the whole family.
