Joined as a new member last year and returned this year. The pool is nice, on occasions they have a DJ and games, they have the Belleville health club come and offer massages and water aerobics on certain days, and the bar is a plus, for sure. Last year they had a swim clinic to teach the kids how to swim which was great, however, the life guards had already been giving my daughter pointers from their posts before her lesson so she had already learned how to swim before her class! (Thank you Westhaven lifeguards!) The class was still worth the time because the swim coach that worked with her in the clinic was able to help her improve her form and show her some new strokes. They’re still working on improvements and are always friendly and open to suggestions. We enjoy coming here and are glad we joined.

I was here yesterday for a Girl Scout event and overall had a great time. The pool was clean and spacious, with plenty of seating available. My only issue was the food service—I ordered something simple (nachos and a Coke with no ice) and ended up waiting about 20 minutes or longer. When my name was finally called, it was mispronounced. Also, when I paid, I held out my hand for the change, but the staff member placed the money on the counter instead, which felt a bit dismissive. On the positive side, the manager did step in to help the workers get the food out faster and personally apologized for the wait, which I appreciated. Other than that, everything else was enjoyable.

My family rented the California room for my grandson's first birthday party. We brought a cake and decorated, and had food provided by the pool snack bar. Everyone had a great time! The kids had so much fun swimming and jumping in the pool! We hope to party there again soon!

All things considered this has been a great investment for our free time. The previous owners left it in need of rehab and that's what the new owner has been doing. Big pool with a lap lane. Lots of events with guest DJs and performers. Pickle ball courts out back. The place is constantly improving and will get better and better as word gets around and more people join. It's a great way to relax, with shade or sun whichever you prefer, some cheap drinks and a quick bite.

Overall we've been very happy with Westhaven as members in 2022 and returning members in 2023. We continue to see improvements in the property as it is obvious that the structure has been around for quite sometime and subject to years of decay before the current owners took it over last year. The pool is really big, lots of room for people to swim and people to hang out. The only downside to the pool is if it isn't filled all the way full there seems to get a good amount of debris in it. We find that this gets corrected within a day or two. Drink prices are great and the drinks are tasty. Occasionally the snack bar is slow, but not consistently. I've said several times that our membership is our best investment of the summer!
