Very disappointed with this company! Complete Poolworks serviced my Dad's pool and when he passed away they said they would continue to take care of it for me. I live out of state and not able to keep a close eye on it and trusted this company. I sent payment and check was cashed when they claimed they didn't get it. They just stopped coming, no communication and cost me a lot of extra money to get the pool back in good shape. It was very upsetting when our realtor sent us this picture of the pool. Do NOT recommend!

Complete pool works inc. Is by far the best pool company I have ever used! I am the owner of a hotel and they had both pools up and going in no time!! Jeff was very knowledgeable about everything! I am very satisfied with Complete Poolworks. They are very thorough with the cleaning and pool treatment chemicals. And I really like their cards they leave showing the PH, Chlorine, Alkalinity, Calcium and Stabilizer levels. Overall, I am glad I switched to Complete Poolworks. They are the best!!!

It started off good. November didn't show up for 2 weeks. January stop coming with no notice.Wouldn't answer the phone and I have a business. I had to find someone fast. He called after4 weeks later to say he sent a notice and but I didn't not receive anything. He could still answer my call and text. I paid up until end ofJanuary. And didn't get the rest of my service.

Cory took my pool from green to sparkling blue in a short amount of time. Extremely happy with his knowledge of what is needed to have crystal clear, clean water.
