We went in just to browse and ended up buying an M620 by Maple Spas after a few days of doing research. Brian was informative and helpful but not pushy at all. He also referred us to an electrician and stayed communicative about scheduling the delivery very quickly as they had the spa we wanted in stock. Only a small deposit was required to hold the spa, with the rest due right before delivery. Jesse, the delivery driver (and crew), were also very helpful. They placed the spa exactly where we wanted it, installed the cover and lift, and gave instructions on chemicals. Brian recommended having the spa placed before having the electricity run, so we are just one week away from being able to use it. This was a big purchase but we are extremely excited. I would definitely consider Rec Pools, Spas and more for another purchase in the future.

I purchased a pool from here over 10 years ago. I was genuinely happy with my last purchase so now that I’ve moved I wanted another pool. I stopped by to see what they had to offer in stock and Dalton was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I’d highly recommend them to everyone.

The team at Recreational Pools Spas & More is amazing, incredibly knowledgeable, and very patient! We bought a 12x24 above ground oval pool, and spa from them. We dropped the pool a couple feet into the ground and built out our deck around it. Throughout the process, I asked Dwayne, Brian, Dalton, and the rest of the team, literally hundreds of questions. They were always happy to help guide me, and went above and beyond every step of the way. If there are any issues or things that need replacing, there is never a problem and they always resolve the situation without delay. This level of customer service is unmatched. Additionally, their prices are great, and they included a bunch of free upgrades for us. In sum, you are treated as a friend, not just a customer. When I call, everyone knows me, and everyone is always willing to help. Our pool is great. Crystal clear, because of the advice of the Recreational Pools Spas & More team. I take care of all of the maintenance myself, which I never thought I would do, especially with a large oak right over the pool. But, the team at Recreational Pools Spas & More sets you up with everything you need to get all the maintenance done in 30 minutes to an hour max per week. The spa we got is perfect. I was told that spa maintenance would be a handful by others, but not with the advice from Recreational Pools Spas & More. The maintenance is minimal, and the enjoyment is unmatched. I am grateful for everything they have done for us and highly recommend them!

I recently purchased the Bullfrog A7 hot tub from Recreational Pools and Spas, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The hot tub itself is fantastic—top quality and incredibly relaxing. We purchased the Hot Springs Flair spa from Richard a few weeks ago. I was told it would take a few weeks but it was ready early, in about a week! It arrived with a faulty part from the manufacture so some of the jets didn’t work but they came over quickly to get it fixed! The delivery crew was fast and efficient. I’d definitely recommend them!
