I don’t know where to start , all I did was walk in to the 24hour fitness facility and Justin was smiling and already welcome me Before I even fully got into the door and all I could feel was nothing but a fun and exciting environment something that for someone such as round as me. Ask about the membership and Justin explained everything I needed and guided me to the next trainer/worker by the name of Kat. Kat did everything as well and everything that she needed from me that pertained to signing up and like that after asking and having me download the 24hour fitness app I was already a member and the worker/member Rashad while helping other people to sign up always held a smile well welcoming and any of them still holding a smile in our local Kapolei Hawaii environment aloha and thank you for that you folks do looking forward to seeing your folks again aloha and ahui’ho

24 hr fitness in Kapolei Hawaii is an awesome gym to workout at. The people are friendly and I haven't had any bad experience over there like I did at other locations. I really like the pool and sauna amenities over there. Donna Pavao is a fitness trainer over there and she is very helpful and knowledgeable with helping promote a healthy lifestyle, especially with the elderly people that I see over there. I would recommend coming to this gym to anybody.

I really love this gym. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and professional. My only critique is that the machines, sauna, pool, and overall cleanliness of the gym could be handled a bit better. Of course, everyone should do their part to clean up after themselves, but having a dedicated night staff for preventive maintenance and a thorough cleanliness sweep would go a long way in keeping the environment clean and the machines in good working order. Overall, still a great gym with an awesome team!

It was my first time at 24 Hour Fitness, and I was really impressed! The customer service was excellent, Buddha and everyone was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable right away and answered all my questions. The gym has everything I need to work toward my fitness goals, from a wide range of equipment to a clean and well-organized layout. I'm looking forward to coming back and making this my go-to gym!

I’ve been going to this gym for about a year now, and it’s truly become like a second home. The morning crowd is full of friendly regulars, which makes working out feel welcoming and motivating. Donna, one of the staff members, stands out in the best way. She’s incredibly kind, dedicated, and always energetic—even during those early morning hours. Whether she’s helping correct my form or working with others in her one-on-one sessions, she’s constantly moving and making sure people are taken care of. One thing I appreciate about this gym is that they do a good job maintaining their equipment. Machines that go down are usually repaired in a timely manner, which is important because nobody wants to use cracked or peeling equipment. That said, they could probably benefit from hiring an extra repair technician—some equipment, like one of the leg press machines, could use a tune-up (it’s sticky and probably just needs oil). Overall, it’s a great environment with great people, and I’m happy to be a regular here.
