What are people saying (AI review summary)? The pool area is frequently described as beautifully designed with multiple levels, various slides, and is noted as suitable for kids, being chlorinated and 5 feet at its deepest. However, the overwhelming consensus points to severe overcrowding as a major drawback. Reviewers consistently highlight the difficulty in finding lounge chairs, the pool becoming too dense to swim, and the area filling up rapidly regardless of arrival time. There is significant frustration regarding the limited and inconsistent operating hours for the popular slides, leading to disappointment and long lines when they are open. While cabanas are suggested as a good solution for guaranteed seating and shade, there's a general call for extended slide hours and more creative seating options. Some minor issues mentioned include unsupervised rule-breaking by local kids, though staff response to an unexpected incident was prompt.

The pool itself is beautifully done. I love that it has ledge seating along many sides of the pool. There are 4 slides total. The bigger volcano tunnel slide is only open from 2-5pm. There are 2 short slides that are only open from 11-2. These all flow into a larger upper pool. The 4th slide is a short tube slide leading to a waterway going under a walking bridge into a large lower pool. I am not sure why there are such limited house for the slides. They are used constantly when opened. The large Volcano slide can have a long line, but it seemed to go fairly quick. The line length fluctuates. Unless you arrive as the pool opens, it is close to impossible to get a lounge chair. Most people keep their belongings on the chairs all day lone. FYI, the line starts growing about 20-30min before the gates open. The pool area itself gets extremely crowded and the seating is limited though they have packed in as many loungers as they are able. We rented a cabana one day and those are great offering shade as you need it. Plus, it is yours for the day, so you can come and go guilt free. Overall, it is a beautifully done pool area. My only suggestions would be for the slides to be open more and more creative seating availability, such as upright chairs or benches. Unfortunately, there was a poop incident that cleared the pool for the remainder of the day on one day we were there. That is not the fault of the pool. The staff acted quickly clearing the pool.
Super crowded. Not bad infrastructure and pool design but we came across the resort to do water slides. Got here at 4pm and the slides say one should be open but it's padlocked... Rip my water slide dreams for this vacation. Oh well...
Amazing pool with slides and multiple levels. Chlorinated and not salt water. Great for kids.. deepest point is 5 feet.
The smallest and dense pool not enough chairs but also absolutely cramped you cannot even swim in the pool! Don’t matter how early you get there it rolls up sooo quickly and they just keep letting people through there’s no way to enjoy this pool!
Very beautiful pool but it is over run by local kids who break all the rules. There must be a reason the lifeguards do nothing.
