We have absolutely loved our experience with BSS.. The coaches are amazing and very knowledgeable and encouraging with their students.. my granddaughter kooks forward to her class every week.. thanks guys for being amazing.
Cant say enough great things about this swim school! This is my toddlers first time taking swim lessons. She was very nervous and had a tough first class. Everyone was so understanding and compassionate towards her. Each class she grows more confident. The small class sizes and shorter class times are perfect for younger kids. There are also lots of time slots available in the evenings which is great for working parents. Chuck was the first person I spoke to and the reason I was sold on this swim school. He is so friendly and talked me through everything I needed to know.
Definitely do not recommend this school. The instructors seem confused and unenthusiastic. They lack the confidence to lead a class of toddlers. The “membership” and payment plan they have set up is a complete rip off. They make you pay for a membership which gets you absolutely nothing other than the ability to pay for a class. You’re honestly better off just watching a YouTube video and teaching your child to swim yourself.
Awful place. Water is freezing. When asked for feedback I got none. Other than recommending our child move up to the next class. Which then our instructors weren’t even aware of. The instructors lack confidence. This class might be for you if you have an older child who can follow instructions and if they are fine with freezing water temperatures.
Unprofessional and Unqualified This swim program is a complete disappointment. There is zero accountability—staff avoid responsibility, ignore concerns, and offer no real communication. Even worse, the instructors clearly don’t know how to teach. There’s no structure, no progress, and no sign that they’re qualified to be working with kids. Extremely unorganized and not worth the time or money. Avoid this place.
