Would highly recommend Aqua-Tots Barcroft recommend for the following reasons: Instructors & staff are helpful, friendly, and great with our son even on his tough days; ease of canceling and rescheduling; mobile app; cleanliness of facilities and availability of toiletries; swim curriculum; location; communication. All the staff have been fantastic but special shout out to Lilly and Gris! :)

We’ve had a great experience at Aqua Tots! Our kids learned all the proper strokes, practiced repetition, and became fully independent swimmers. Friendly staff, scheduling make up classes is easy, etc. Highly recommend!

My child has been with Coach Griselda for over a year, and we’ve been really impressed. Griselda is patient, encouraging, and makes the lessons enjoyable. She tailors her approach to my daughter's needs, helping her gain confidence and improve her technique. The facility is always clean, and we feel very safe there. The staff is incredibly helpful with scheduling and rescheduling lessons, always quick to answer any questions and kind in their responses. We’ve seen great progress, and my daughter looks forward to each lesson. Highly recommend Coach Griselda and the entire team!

We love Aqua-Tots Swim School in Bancroft Plaza! From the moment we walk in, the staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. They go above and beyond to make every family feel comfortable and valued, creating a positive and supportive environment. Heather, AB, and Dylan always make sure everything runs smoothly and truly care about each child’s experience. A special shout-out to Coach Griselda—she is truly amazing! She treats our son like a member of her own family, and her patience, encouragement, and expertise have made such a difference in his confidence in the water. He is learning so much, having a blast, and looks forward to every lesson! What I appreciate most is their strong focus on safety. We’ve had a fantastic experience at Aqua-Tots ! My 4-year-old daughter absolutely loves her lessons, and her confidence in the water has grown so much. Coach Griselda and the other instructors are patient, encouraging, and great with my daughter, making learning fun while also emphasizing safety. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. I’m so impressed with how quickly my daughter has picked up new skills, and she looks forward to every lesson.
