Amazing every time I visit the pool I have a better experience learning to swim is getting fun 😁
Love love love this place! Plenty of lanes for lap swimming, staff is friendly and helpful, and most importantly SUPER CLEAN (pool, lockers, showers, all clean). Bring your own lock. I take the bus there, but I noticed paid street parking.
Love this pool! Great staff and if you go at the right time you get your own lane. But if you have to share, the other visitors are so courteous. Thank you, Mayor Fenty for getting DC residents these wonderful facilities (the Takoma Park one is great, too).
Great indoor pool free for DC residents. Only $20 for 6 swims for Maryland residence. Nice warm whirlpool, kiddies pool and lap lanes
I had a really good experience !!! I was a bit nervous to come due to the reviews but I had a really smooth time! The guy working at the front desk managed to help me figure out the most efficient way to come in for future reference (cause I don’t have a DC License yet- and had to submit a utility bill from my apt) As soon as you walk in you check in and then go downstairs to the locker rooms. (Bring your own lock for the lockers!) I did not see a swimwear spinner that everyone’s talking about (there is an outline of one in the women’s locker room tho so I think it might’ve been removed) There were plenty of free lanes when I went (~4p) and everyone I interacted with were super kind!
