What are people saying (AI review summary)? Balian Springs receives overwhelmingly positive reviews, described as an elegant, top-tier day spa offering a relaxing and serene experience with numerous amenities including various saunas, pools (like the lazy river), and unique relaxation rooms such as the Aroma Lounge and Himalayan Salt spa. Guests praise the fresh, tasty, and well-priced food, and generally find the staff friendly and accommodating. Many recommend spending 5-6+ hours to fully enjoy the facilities and express a strong desire to return. Common recommendations include visiting on weekdays or early on weekends to avoid crowds, as the spa can become very busy by early afternoon. Recurring criticisms include the high price of drinks (often $20-$30 each), some run-down locker room showers, an automatic 20% gratuity on food/drink bills, and occasional issues with sparse staff or lack of an initial spa overview. Guests are also advised to bring refillable water bottles due to the use of paper cones.

Phenomenal time again at Balian Springs this weekend. Spent the day this time with my three sisters and we had an amazing and relaxing time. This spa is very elegant and top tier!! I definitely recommend. To really enjoy all amenities, I’d say atleast try to spend about 6 hours or so there if you can.
Great place and great concept. My husband brought me for my birthday on a Saturday. We got there early which was the best decision we made. There are many saunas pools and relaxation nooks for people to enjoy. The food was very fresh and delicious. The drinks are average $20 each on the pricey side. My only complaints were the locker room showers being run down and the spa got really really crowded around 1pm forward. I would like to see them cap day pass entries possibly. Overall great day!!
What a lovely experience. Spending the day at Balian Springs set me up for the entire week. Everything was so easy and thoughtful. The pools were fabulous, especially the lazy river; the spa was clean, inviting and so relaxing. The best part, the amazing staff. Each and every person was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. My favorite room was the Aroma Lounge as well as the Himalayan Salt spa. The mocktails were also just the best. You don't miss the alcohol. I wish I'd discovered this oasis sooner and will definitely be back!
🧖🏾♀️Best day spa I’ve been to and I will be back 😌! There are three levels of pure peace and serenity to enjoy, with different temperature pools, and sauna rooms. Tasty food and drinks are available for separate purchase from the admission cost (heads up they do charge an automatic 20% gratuity when you settle your bill upon leaving).
I took my boyfriend to Balian Springs for his birthday and we really enjoyed our time! We went on a weekday, so it was clean and not too crowded. Anticipate spending 5+ hours there if you want to try all of the sauna/cold/experience rooms and to relax or swim. Staff was friendly, but sometimes seemed sparse - I would have appreciated an overview of the spa in the beginning, as they just sort of release you in. Food was wonderful and well priced with lots of great options. $30 for a piña colada in a plastic cup, however, is more than they charge at the Four Seasons and a bit insulting. Also, bring a refillable water bottle as they only have paper cones. Overall a really great concept, would visit again.
