What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews present a predominantly negative view of the Franklin Farm Foundation and its HOA, despite some positive aspects. Common complaints highlight significant unresponsiveness, dismissiveness, and delays from the foundation, as seen in a two-month stalled request for a memorial bench and inaction regarding common area dumping. A long-term resident specifically noted a sharp decline in service quality compared to the previous year. Additional issues include limited and poorly communicated visitor parking rules, which led to vehicle towings, and the high cost of pool passes. The HOA is frequently described as a 'nightmare,' criticized for its lack of professionalism, overreaching on trivial matters, and neglecting neighborhood upkeep. On a positive note, residents appreciate the community's great area and location, and the summer pool is commended for being clean and well-managed.

🔥 “Two Months of Nothing—Franklin Farm Foundation Fails Residents” Two months ago, I requested to dedicate a simple memorial bench near Hana’s Pond in honor of my late wife. Since then, I’ve been met with nothing but vague excuses, delays, and no meaningful progress. Franklin Farm Foundation has been utterly unhelpful—offering responses that aren’t just unhelpful, they feel actively dismissive. It’s either blatant incompetence or a total lack of care. This is a disgraceful way to treat a resident in mourning. Our community deserves respect, responsiveness, and basic decency—not indifference. Waqar Malik 40 plus years resident of Franklin Farm
Last year 5 stars!talked to support very kind professional responsive and supportive! This Year, we called, wrote a letter to the director and no time frame to send inspectors visit area where Franklin Farm home owner gathered all dead woods from all other common areas as well as leaves and dumped on common areas viewable from backyards! I really would like to see the Franklin Farm foundation policy related to keeping common areas clean and healthy! Thank you for paying attention ASASP!
Great area and location. Two issues: 1. Visitor parking: very limited. There was not a sign that required a visitor parking note written inside the dash until several people complained that cars were towed. A sign was then posted. 2. Pool is way too expensive. To get a pool pass for a family of 4 it is $175. If you have roommates, you pay $175 per person.
The HOA is a NIGHTMARE. They lack professionalism and consistently step over homeowners for the most trivial problems. They do nothing to upkeep neighborhoods. They are the world's worst nightmare.
Summer pool - clean and well managed! Such a great relaxing spot!
