What are people saying (AI review summary)? The park and community pool are often described as a 'hidden gem' or 'well-kept secret' tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The park offers various amenities including a picnic area, shelter, playground, basketball court, walking trail, gazebo, and grill. The pool is a major draw, featuring multiple slides (like the 'Vortex'), a waterfall, and sprinklers in the shallow end, along with available life vests, making it enjoyable for children of varying ages (from 1 to 13) and even adults. Many appreciate the good value, especially late afternoon and senior admission rates, and note the presence of attentive lifeguards and ample lounge chairs, often with shaded areas. However, experiences with cleanliness are mixed; while some find the park generally well-kept, there are significant complaints about unserviced bathrooms (lack of toilet paper, low cleanliness scores) and occasional pool closures for cleaning due to issues like potential vomit, leading to frustration over trash accumulation and perceived understaffing for maintenance. Parking is noted as limited. A small concession stand offers chips and ice cream. The pool's operating season may vary, with one reviewer noting it appeared closed for the season.

Very interesting park and location definitely had no clue it was there. NICE PICNIC area with shelter available as well as a playground an basketball court complimented by a walking trail if your adventurous. I was there for the pool I had three children ages vary from 1 to 13 and they all enjoyed there time. The pool was nice limited parking with some street parking available. The pool entry was $4 after later hour rate which is plenty of time for small children to enjoy last 2hrs before closing at 6pm. The bathrooms an showers where not serviced no toilet paper in stalls at all cleanliness was a 3 out of 10 but there where three slides in total one in deep in and other in shallow end, with a waterfall and sprinkler in shallow end of pool with pool chairs and a rack with all sizes of life vest available for use. A SMALL CONCESSION STAND OF CHIPS AND ICECREAM AVAILABLE AS WELL! WHAT A GREAT TIME WE HAD HERES SOME PHOTOS REMEBER LIKE 👍🏾
We were here in the late afternoon July 3rd and enjoyed it. It's set back in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of shade on one side of the pool. Even Mom (me) rode the twisty slide -- or as they call it, the VORTEX! ;) A great place, especially for the under-12 crowd. After 4 pm, admission was half-price.
Horrible experience. I got over charged and my kids only swan for 25 mins due to the pool being closed for cleaning. Since they claimed possible throw up. Disgusting and so much trashed piled up like don’t yall have enough people to go around and clean up every few hrs??!!!
It is a well kept secret, this community pool is 4.50 for seniors and it had plenty of lounge chairs never crowded and lifeguards are on the ball. Has a shaded spot on a separate grassy area with tables and umbrellas.
Nice place for an afternoon walk. It has a Basketball court, gazebo, grill. I did walk past the pool but it looks like they were closed for the season for anyone checking to see if they were open
