I shore do like this pool a lot. It’s a good one- Reston Association for shore knows what they are doing. You can never be shore how a neighborhood pool is going to be- do they actually take care of it or is it kind of just forgotten and left to the elements? Well, North Shore is definitely more cared for! No promises I’m done with the puns, but thanks for continuing to read! In my time in Reston I went to 2 RA pools and they were both super nice. I think this one was slightly better maintained, and it was the only one open before 4pm on weekdays (the hours can be kind of confusing). The main pool is a good size, and has some lap lanes. There’s also a separate shallow kiddy pool and a separate hot tub! It’s a great option if you want some sun and fresh air and to do something fun but closer to home. I’m shorely not kidding that I’d recommend this spot!

It's great having an Olympic size pool close to my home with a sand volleyball area. Walking distance to Starbucks and Chick-fil-A doesn't hurt when the kids need refreshments. Reston Amenities are Awesome!

Im all for rules and regulation but when you use your card on a Saturday & then get told you can’t use it on the Sunday with ZERO warning because there’s no photo attached and you didn’t bring your photo ID it’s just slight over kill. It’s a pool, I had a photo of my ID on me of course did not bring a wallet to the pool. If this will be enforced so strictly then a warning would be nice considering we pay for these passes and it’s more inconvenience to use them than anything else.
