The pool is very nice, but I had an issue with the app. My friend tried to buy a ticket using it, and it simply didn’t work. Additionally, one of the lifeguards was quite rude and unhelpful; she didn’t know how to assist us with the app and I found a frog in the water and a dead spider and people had problems with the app and I was swimming and saw a died spider and found a frog swimming in the water

It’s a very good pool with caring life guards. Although the app wasn’t working at first they eventually let me in and I had a great time

I was here for about 2 hours trying to come and swim with a friend I tried the app it would not work and I even payed for the one day guest pass but they still did not let me swim. Lifeguards were clueless

Very terrible service except for the boy with glasses. I was very rudely kicked out by a blonde employee today for no reason and no explanation. On top of that while I was going to the restroom at an earlier time I saw her smoking in the pool bathroom by the door. She also cussed me out while I was in the restroom changing to leave after the very rude encounter. This was a very bad and sad experience for me and my friends I hope there is sum serious reshaping to n the staff very soon!!! 😡

There is a lifeguard named Ally that is very rude and I have seen her smoke on the job and also plays with her friends on the job.
