Fun place for kids (and sometimes grownups) to cool off in RTC. My daughter can't pass it on a hot day without running through it!

Great splash pad for kids! It felt much safer than most of the splash pads we go to, but there was still one section of road that was a little too accessible for my liking. I don't understand why VA doesn't gate in their splash pads like other States do.
