Great community. Everyone is very friendly. For as many people that live in the subdivision it is actually very quiet. Enjoy spending days walking around the lake and feeding ducks as well as walking throughout the subdivision. Everyone keeps their yards/homes maintained. Dog friendly and has plenty of areas to dispose your pets waste they even provide the baggies to do so. Community pool is never over-packed; which is nice.
