Water Park was good, but very loud. When checking in they tried to charge us for our two year old, but it seemed to be an honest mistake where they misunderstood the guidelines. It it two and under enters for free, not under two. As parents we didn’t have to pay to enter the water park, parents only have to pay if they will be using the equipment and water slides. If you want to lock your stuff bring a pad lock with you. There is no seating in the actual water park room or any place to put things down. The area right before entering has benches and a glass wall, but it is very hazy from the humidity. Parking was insane, many people were parking on the street or in the grass. The big play area was lots of fun especially with the nerf guns and huge play structure, I saw reviews from about a month earlier complaining about the nerf availability, but that didn’t seem to be an issue while we were here. I also saw people mentioning a trampoline that was closed, I saw no evidence of a trampoline, but there was a decent sized bounce house. My son also really liked the climbing stuff. They have an arcade here as well you get a card and load the money on it like a lot of updated arcades these days. They do need sticky sock which are $5 each. I see the need for this as reasonable since the floor is large and slick.

It was a great place! Jay was awesome and very responsive. Our party host wasn't as attentive as I thought he could have been. My only complaint/concern was I had a balance and no one asked how I wanted to pay it, they tried to charge my card but the way I have my account set up you can't just charge it without my authorization. It would have been nice have a conversation about how I wanted to pay it as opposed to them just trying to take it.

I booked my boys 1st and 4th birthday party here. Upon my arrival, we get on the elevator and on the way to the “room” where the associate assigned to my party said “so there has been a mix up and we seemed to over book so we do not have a party room for you but we do have an area for you” the area was the concession stand area with two tables we used for set up the food and cake and four tables with 4 chairs per table. If it was a private area I wouldn’t have been as livid as I was. We booked the super awesome amazing package and it was NOT cheap. Therefore it was a smack in the face. Individuals that were not apart of our party were walking through to go to the concession stand looking over the cake and food. Just disrespectful!! They had no remorse. I should have known something was wrong because after they collected my 14 hundred dollars all communication stopped! The manager on duty I believe his name was Jake (I could be wrong) ensured I’ll get a refund for the additional guess I paid for in advance, pizza, juice, and Chips and dip. In the mix of it all, they popped my son #4 balloon. This was an extremely stressful experience that I wouldn’t waste another penny to do. I gave one star for the bartender that made me a complimentary pitcher of rum punch after noticing my distress. And another star because the kids had a ball. I would never book another party there but I would take my kids on a days outing.

Nothing was communicated in advance about a swim meet happening in the pool area. No signs, no heads-up at check-in—just sudden enforcement of rules we weren’t even told existed. We were told we couldn’t sit or even be on our phones in the pool area, which would’ve been fine if there had been any notice or accommodations. Instead, parents were forced to sit in a wet hallway for two hours—where someone was literally mopping the floor the entire time. If these are the rules, post clear signage and create a proper waiting space. This was chaotic, unprofessional, and just plain frustrating. Definitely won’t be back.

Review of water park only: Don't buy for the whole family. We made the mistake of buying for a family of 4, but only small kids would enjoy this. Could have saved half the cost by just buying for 2 kids. You definitely don't need more than an hour either. It's really loud, so it's not great for autistic or sensory sensitive kids. My kids don't enjoy water directly in their face, and there's nowhere to go that doesn't have water landing directly in your face. There's nowhere for adults to sit, and it's a small room so there's residual splashing everywhere; wear pool shoes even if you don't go on the play structure and are just supervising the kids. During the 5-minute breaks once per hour, it would be nice if you could use the adjacent pool I but it was occupied with aquatic sports teams. Staff were very friendly, and the overall sports/rec facility looks huge and very clean. Locker rooms were very clean as well. For our family, however, it just wasn't worth the price paid nor was it the type of water park that would work for older kids or autistic kids.
