The pool is nice and somewhat cleaner than other pools in the area. BUT the people at the food court are absolutely HORRIBLE!! NO customer service skills and they act as if you’re a bother rather than a customer (if I return I will not be spending money there, I’ll bring my own!) I hope they find other jobs where they do not have to have human interaction because they suck!!! There was one lady in particular with a puff in her head who was the worst of them all… what a shame because this turns people off and if people don’t come, you won’t have a pay check lady! Fix your face and your attitude or stay home and don’t ruin anyone else’s day!

Been coming here since 2021, now with my two kids under two. My son loves it and he is 18 months, ample attractions to keep him entertained, and lots of swimming space for adults. Great space for eating your own food as well.

What an awesome place! Did not expect this sort of experience here in Woodbridge. The facility over all is clean and well kept, locker rooms tidy and free of debris, showers are functional and have ample pressure. The guards are courteous as well as professional. You can tell that the management has taken time to cultivate the right team of young professionals. It appears that safety is paramount with constant attention paid. All documentation is hung in conspicuous places and seems to be kept up to date. The attention to detail here is amazing. Even the landscaping away from the deck area has been taken care of even though it’s out of sight. It is clear that the management takes great pride in their work here and the team is a direct reflection of the same attitude. Even with the duty of protecting lives, the guest services are on point. Don’t forget to the check out the concessions! Fresh food is actually FRESH and not held do orders. Again, it’s the attention to details. You can even walk up and order from a window out front rather than go in to the pool, making it convenient for park goers. Ample parking with plenty of handicap accessibility to facility and pool. 10/10 highly recommend!
