We lived here for some time. Good communication with the office. The only problem was with staff. They were rude. One Spanish man demanded small talk and constantly placed his net on top of people while cleaning the pool.

Ineptly "managed." Open whenever they feel like it. Chained and locked entryway so residents on days off cannot enjoy it. Steer clear of this subdivision. Clear HOA is a money-mismanaging, pecking-order-focused group of egotists, having zero affinity for neighborly hospitality.

They have the absolute rudest lowlives working at the pool. Shouldn't they be inside the office and not wondering around disrupting people. Training them to not talk to residents would be a nice start.
