My family and I visited the park this past Sunday, arriving around 2:30 PM. We paid $200 for admission for four guests, which included an additional $50 loaded onto a card for spending. We were pleasantly surprised to find that my two sons, aged 6 and 3, had an excellent time. My 6-year-old particularly enjoyed his experience, getting on several rides alongside his younger brother. We also enjoyed refreshments such as drinks, ice cream, chicken strips, and French fries, and we stayed until closing time. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the park. Throughout our visit, staff members were actively walking around and maintaining the grounds by picking up trash, which contributed to a very pleasant environment. Additionally, the presence of security personnel also walking around provided a sense of safety and reassurance. All the employees we interacted with were young, but they were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and attentive, which enhanced our overall experience. The water park was the highlight for my family and me, and my sons have already expressed their eagerness to return. Overall, I believe the $200 paid was very well worth the value and enjoyment we received.
We visited Cliff’s Amusement Park with our whole family, from an elderly grandmother who needed to rent a scooter to get around, to our two little girls ages 3 and 9. We all had an excellent time! The water area was a huge hit with the kids and the food was great!! However, what truly stood out to us was the kindness and care of the staff. My 9 year old daughter suddenly had a nosebleed while we were there. One of the employees, a wonderful lady named DJ, went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient. She provided first aid, stayed with my daughter until the bleeding stopped, and made sure she was okay before we continued enjoying our day. It took time and effort, and we are so grateful for the care she showed. We felt safe and well cared for. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend Cliff’s for a fun, family-friendly experience with excellent staff who truly care.
Cliffs is always a great place to go. Im 51, and I've been going since I was a kid. I've taken my daughters there. The rides are fun. The lines are not very long. I took my granddaughter for the first time. She's 2 1/2. I'm Never disappointed!
Nice, clean, wasn't that busy, but possibly due to it being a Thursday when we went, but insanely HOT. Be sure to bring water, sunscreen & maybe water your swim suit for the water area so you dont have to change in and out of your clothes frequently. They have paid lockers that accept credit cards small is 15 & large is 18 for the day. I suggest to get a locker by the water area if you plan on taking in your swimwear and changing inthe bathrooms. Food is limited to high sugary drinks, water & pizza which to me are pricey. Maybe come with some snacks & ice water. Customer service is meh, I dont blame the workers as it was miserable being in the heat. I like this park & recommend to go during the week if you want to skip the crowds.
Don’t come to this park if you or your friends are disabled. I attended Cliffs with two friends, one of whom requires a wheelchair. To start, most of the queue lines are very inaccessible, and far too narrow for a wheelchair to fit through. We asked if we could use the back way. We were told we needed to go up to the service desk and “prove that he had a disability” at which point my friends were given green wristbands to show to the ride attendants. We asked if we could have a third, and they refused, saying that only my friend and their “caretaker” could have them. They would not let us all on the ride together, rather my friends would wait at the exit, and I would go back through the 40 minute queue entirely alone, and we’d try to time it so we could ride together. Every single one of these rides had room for a 3rd person, but I was not welcome to join them. To be perfectly clear: We did not request the green wristbands because we wanted to skip the line. We requested the green wristband because there were stairs in almost every queue, and the ones that didn’t have stairs were all of 2 feet wide. There was maybe one wheelchair-accessible ride queue in the entire park. I came to Cliffs to hang out and have fun with my party and I spent several hours totally separate from them because a disabled person dared to have two friends. I am not the type to leave bad reviews. I only say this as a warning to any other disabled people: This park does not want you here. I do not blame the ride attendants, but the park policy desperately needs to be fixed. Make the park wheelchair accessible, or reconsider the terms. Extremely disappointing.
