HORRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Classes constantly cancelled with little or no notice. High turnover of instructors. No communication between instructors and management. Will charge your card on file without authorization for services not provided and then refuse to return messages, calls, or emails for weeks or months at a time. Had to open a case with my credit card company. Absolutely shady and unprofessional. There are way better places in the area. My daughter has already learned more in two weeks at her new school than she did in months of classes here (a significant percentage of which ended up being canceled anyway.)

Communication between instructors and management is poor. There were several instances where instructors were late which left parents in the dark as to whether there was class or not, one of our children was not on the schedule when we usually have both children swimming at the same class time, and then management cancelled a class without assisting us with scheduling another day. I liked what the instructors taught, but the way things were run was such a headache. I would not recommend to anyone.

Instructor Skylar is great , my daughter enjoying learning with her.However I think one session should be at least 40 minutes because each student gets very few turns.

As a new adult swimming learner, I am glad they started in my gym lake view fitness. I love British swim school staff especially Amanda, the best support any company could ask for, she reaches by text, call or an email. She responds and clarifies all your doubts. Very positive. Instructors are amazing. I tried Michelle and Elias. Both are good. I strongly recommend British swim school and one day when I become a swimmer all credit goes to British swim school.

What a total waste of time and money for the classes they offer! Stay away from it as much as you can. Your kid's movement will be restricted by the instructor all the time during the classes, he/she won't be able to learn the REAL SWIMMING. Besides, communication with them is a real disaster as they never answer your call plus frequent rescheduling of the classes. We left after 1.5 months' enrollment for our son, and we felt it was the best choice we made.
