Water park offering slides, a lazy river, and carnival eats, plus a restaurant.
While water parks typically maintain comfortable temperatures for their attractions, the specific temperature for the pools at Riptide Bay is not publicly disclosed or readily available.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The park generally offers a fun experience with a wide variety of attractions suitable for different ages, a strong emphasis on safety with many attentive lifeguards, and good cleanliness. Many visitors appreciate the less crowded weekdays and convenient changing facilities. However, significant downsides include extremely long wait times for food (up to 1.5 hours), issues with food availability (e.g., running out of ice), and poor customer service. Other negatives include limited free seating, a lack of shade for long queue lines on popular rides (with misleading wait time estimates), and the water park not selling popcorn. A notable concern for loyal customers is that Gold Pass members are no longer guaranteed entrance to the water park, contributing to an overall sentiment of declining customer service. Visitors are advised to bring their own bath towels and consider purchasing seating in advance.

This year is my first time to come, and then opened the state of once a week, because really not enough play oh! Although it takes more than an hour to drive each time, it feels worth it, and there are not many summer vacation people during the week, and it opens at 11 o 'clock until 6 p.m. Height over 48 is recommended. If the height is less than 48, many exciting projects can not be played, but do not worry, there are many areas where children can also play. The disadvantage of the park is that there is no popcorn, if you like popcorn must go to the playground to buy and then go to the water park, change clothes is very convenient, be sure to bring bath towels, leave the water, the wind will be cold.
Had a great time here. If you want chairs it's best to purchase them before you arrive. Free park seating is limited to a small area inside the park.
We had a lot of fun here. We felt safe. The children were looked after by lifeguards all the time. This place is very clean thanks to the people who work here. There are also many attractions that you can take advantage of.
Well-done Great America! I felt safe; all areas were clean and well maintained. Plenty of lifeguards and good job on the social-distancing guidelines, etc. Great slides and lovely pools of cool refreshing water drops.
Hour and a half to get food. They ran out of ice for a while. Purchased large drink and after my food came they started looking for the cup and couldn't find it. Eventually somebody comes back and says we don't sell those anymore. Even though their sign says they do. Do you want a refund of the price difference? 5 minutes later I got my money back and had to repurchase the smaller size drinks. They no longer guarantee gold pass members entrance into the water park. They just put up a brand new ride, maxxforce and couldn't spend the extra few dollars to put covering up for people standing in line for an hour and 45 minutes, (all in the sun) and their sign says it's a 60 minute wait. Our family of four has been buying gold pass memberships since so long ago I can't remember. The food experience pushed me over the edge and I'm done with six flags. Customer service does not exist.
