My first class was on Saturday. It was horrible because everyone knew what to do except me. I told the instructor or professor (if you can call it that) and her response was terrible. She told me to do whatever it took. I immediately left the supposedly class and went to the manager. I told her what had happened to me. She said the instructor is only 16 years old, that she doesn't know, that she doesn't understand. And that I should allow her to reschedule my class. But it was a terrible, horrible experience.

Tonight in my daughter’s class, the teacher and lifeguards were was paying attention. My daughter was struggling to cross the pool. My husband had to pound on the glass to get their attention to help my daughter. The manager on site made a joke of the situation, offered no apology or remediation. It was not important to care for our child’s safety. No making sure she was okay. No explanation to my husband. How could I feel safe with my daughter in their care when they disregarded my daughter’s safety and it was a joke to the on site manager? Looking forward to a chat with the franchise owner on their proposed remediation plan to ensure the children’s safety. Update: general manager reached out with an apology, a professional response, remediation for those involved, and a plan to make our daughter feel safe and confident again. Looking forward to the continued resolution!

Amazing place and experience! My kids absolutely loved it, and Aziza was incredible. She went above and beyond to help us and truly made our experience even better. Highly recommend!

Coach Eric is absolutely amazing with the little ones! My baby was just as glued to him as she was to the other babies and the scenery! He was friendly and very welcoming. Went through all the exercises very calmly and explained things with examples so each parent would know how to guide their baby. Can't recommend giving this location a try enough!

The place is amazing, the team is wonderful and the managers are great. They are friendly and lovely and the front desk staff are nice specially Aziza, it Is great to have her as an arabic language speaker to help the arabic community. Thank you again for your diversity
