This place is your typical tourist spot. They nickel and dime you for literally everything, including $19 for parking (per day). Your booking only includes the water park and a few free daily events that are only geared toward super young kids. The rest of the “resort” includes attractions that cost additional money. Our room smelled of mildew horribly and had peeling paint on the walls. We couldn’t get into our room for 45 minutes after check-in and the bedding they put on the beds was still damp. They did give us breakfast vouchers, which was nice. However, the breakfast buffet is mediocre and didn’t taste any better than your average continental breakfast. Definitely wouldn’t pay for the meal packages! Elevators were broken during our stay, also. This place is decent, but not for the amount they charge per night. We decided next time, we will just stay at a nearby hotel and spend our money at Kings Island instead. Way more to do there for older kids plus they have a water park that is outdoors and doesn’t make you feel like you’re suffocating in a giant, humid, chlorinated building.

James took the time to explain everything clearly, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful experience. His exceptional hospitality truly enhanced our visit, and we are grateful for the positive impression he left on our family.

We had a great time. Thank you to all the staff who made this possible. I know they say it is expensive but you get what you pay for. Was a peaceful relaxing trip. So nice not to worry about my grandson's safety. He enjoyed everything they had to offer. There is not much variety for dining but door dash changes that. There is a fireworks show you can see every night from Kings Island. Nice way to end the day

There are great slides at this location. We had a great time. I like how you can get into the water park before check-in and stay after checkout. Every lifeguard we came in contact with looked like they enjoyed their job and had a pleasant demeanor.

Excellent time for our family with 2 kids. We stayed for 2 nights and it wasn't enough. The magic quest is a must, along with the duck pin bowling. So much fun! Amenities are clean and the staff is SUPER friendly. 10/10!
