Used to be an amazing neighborhood but it’s slowly been going downhill last few years as there are now houses with garbage and pallets in their front yard making our subdivision look like trash. No one is being held accountable to clean up their yards anymore to keep the neighborhood nice. No one is taking care of Springdale road either coming into the subdivision, weeds along the road and grass tall as can be. What happened to the HOA?
