What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews paint a mixed but generally positive picture of the aquatic facility. Many reviewers praise its cleanliness, well-maintained pools, water slides, splash pads, and ample shaded seating. The staff is often described as friendly, and the facility is considered a safe and enjoyable place for families and children, with good lifeguard coverage and ample parking. However, significant concerns were raised regarding a new requirement for guests to sign a 'no-sue' waiver, which some found alarming and unprecedented. Pricing is another common complaint, particularly for non-residents and the high cost of guest passes, leading some to seek alternative venues. Minor issues mentioned include the quality of some food items (e.g., hamburgers, 'lettuce' containing carrots) and observations of unsupervised children, though the number of lifeguards is generally seen as adequate.

Today was our first time coming here. I have to tell you that this place is absolutely amazing. The staff a is extremely friendly. The outdoor pool, water slides, splash pads and indoor pool for laps is well kept. This place is very clean. There is a lot of seating as well with shade. Our only complaint is some of the food. The hamburgers taste weird and when you ask for lettuce, they basically put salad on it because it had carrots. Overall, we will definitely keep coming back. Well worth it!!
Went there today and they wanted me to sign a waiver to not sue. It’s a community pool you must have insurance. Been going there for 16 years and I have never had to sign a waiver. Why would anyone sign away their rights to go to a pool where all kinds of things could happen. What if I got electrocuted due to negligence? No way I would give up my rights for this. Enough already.
This is a fantastic pool. My son had a recent swim meet here and we were very impressed with the facility. Lots of parking which is a bonus also.
This is the second season I have bought a pass… it’s a nice pool but the price is high since I live in West Chester. It seems a lot of kids are just dumped off and unsupervised most of the times I have been there. It’s very clean and they have a good amount of life guards. They are not the friendliness but they have many of them. I think the price to bring guest is crazy especially since I already spent a lot on a pass. It would be nice if it was half the price so I could bring my son and my 2 Grand Kids to enjoy the pool for a day! Instead we went to KI.. free with our passes there. It’s nice that they have a concession stand, and the bathrooms are always clean. Overall.. I like this pool but it’s pricey.
This is our local pool and it is well maintained and part of our community center package. We like it very much. Take the grandkids there with our passes each summer. Safe place for children. We'll managed by multiple life guards. Excellence in swimming pool fun! Snack bar too!
