What are people saying (AI review summary)? The golf course receives overwhelmingly positive feedback, with multiple reviewers describing it as 'awesome,' 'very nice,' 'fabulous,' and 'picturesque.' Highlights include its visually appealing location with lake views, excellent course conditions even after heavy rain, well-managed fairways and greens, fast greens, and top-notch carts. Staff are also praised as 'great.' However, there is a significant complaint regarding pricing discrepancies for golf bookings, where an online price of $60pp was charged at over $125pp due to 'master week pricing,' leaving the customer feeling misled and without a satisfactory resolution. Separately, the on-site dinner menu has seen a decline in value and quality, with smaller portions (e.g., fewer shrimp) at higher prices and inconsistent serving sizes, leading to customer dissatisfaction and a reduced likelihood of dining there again.

Golf course was awesome today and we had a blast. Great staff we can't wait to go back!
This is a very nice course and worth a trip to play, as it is well off the main roads. The location and views along the lake make for a visually appealing round of golf, and the conditions, even in early spring after a day of heavy downpours, were well above average. Carts were top notch and there was plenty of parking. It all added up to a pleasant playing experience. One word of warning, however: we booked our round on the golf course website, which quoted $60pp with cart. When we checked in, the round rang up at over $125pp. When I challenged the rate, and showed that I had booked on their website at $60, I was told it was "master week pricing". I thought that was really not fair. The pro shop attendant offered me a reduced rate, but it was still much more than the rate I booked online. We paid it and played, and otherwise enjoyed the round and the course, but that left me with an uncomfortable feeling that I had been "had". I did reach out to the pro via e-mail to express my disappointment and to recommend they fix that before the next Masters season, but got no response. As nice as this course and the facilities are, it's a shame that they got this part wrong.
Played last Friday morning. Course is in very good shape. Greens were fast, don't be fooled by the putting green. We played as a twosome but didn't really run into anyone. Good value for the greens fee paid.
Fabulous course very picturesque fairways and greens perfectly managed definitely recommend it to anyone
They now have a very scaled back dinner menu. The dinner menu is no longer what they have posted on their website. In the past, they served 12 shrimp for $22. Now, they only give 8 shrimp and the sides are very small for $25. Two other people at my table also ordered shrimp. One plate had 9 shrimp and another plate had 10 shrimp. When I asked why my plate only had 8 shrimp, I was told that is what they are doing now since their chef has changed and they are trying different things. We were given a small discount on the final bill, but I doubt we will eat here again. It's now too expensive for such a small plate of food.
