We are new to this area and really wanted to swim. We found this pool online and took a chance that it was open. We went yesterday 8/2/23. We had an amazing time. We were hoping to return today, however, the weather is awful. The pool was really large with a deep end. You do have to take a “swim test” in order to swim in the deep end which was fine. The water was very clean and clear. The lifeguards were really nice and on top of things. I enjoyed having a convo with one of the girls. It wasn’t super crowded which was nice. They offer either picnic table style chairs with umbrellas or regular beach chairs to lay out. There is a really cute playground outside of the pool area plus there are tennis courts. You do need to create an account on the city website so you can get pool cards and check in. I’d maybe suggest seeing if you could do this prior to your visit to save some time when you arrive. Overall, my husband and I had a wonderful time here and will definitely return. I sure hope the pool stays open beyond Labor Day if it is still warm here. It seems like a lot of pools are closing. Everything about this pool and park was great. Everyone was kind above all.
Great place for the kids to visit for the summer. Free if you register online or there. The water was warm, too. It's a 25-person compacity, so get there quick or be prepared to wait at the picnic table.
I love the poool I’ve been there only three times and it’s still great
