What are people saying (AI review summary)? Aqua Vista is a medium-sized pool, up to 5 feet deep, featuring a fun water slide and a separate baby pool, generally considered family-friendly and inexpensive. Many patrons appreciate the numerous and often attentive lifeguards, contributing to a sense of safety, and its almost zero-entry steps. However, common complaints include limited and uncomfortable seating (mostly picnic tables/benches, few chairs) and a lack of snack offerings. While typically warm and popular, there was a specific incident of a broken heater resulting in freezing water. Other concerns raised include inconsistent cleanliness (dirty water and rash reported once), a sometimes overly busy environment with unruly teenagers, and a perceived lack of lifeguard intervention in some instances, though other reviews commend lifeguard attentiveness. Minor issues also noted are limited shade (though some reviews mention decent shade), a grumpy manager on one occasion, and no diving board or formal check-in process.

Aqua Vista is a medium sized swimming pool that goes up to 5’ deep. There is also a mini square baby pool and a pretty cool water slide. Kept my kids (8-15 yrs) busy for almost 2 hours. It’s inexpensive-$26 for the 6 of us. The only things I dislike is there are only like 5 outdoor chairs and no loungers. Seating consists mostly of picnic tables or metal benches. There’s a decent amount of shade. Also a bummer they don’t offer any snacks. There’s tons of lifeguards so super safe
Typically the pool is warm and draws a nice size crowd! Our kids love the slide. The lifeguards do a great job of being attentive and enforcing safety guidelines and/or behavior expectations. On 6/20/2022 the heater was broken and the water was freezing cold. As a result there were only about 15 people attending on this day. Many families (including ours) left the pool either within the hour or within 1.5 hours.
Only one shade tree. Very busy. As others said the majority of people are teenagers and had no regard for others. I was cussed at, intentionally splashed and had a football thrown at me multiple times. Will go to other pools in area where life guards do not tolerate this. Water was dirty with lots of bugs and grass floating around. Developed rash on legs after swimming there.
Nice pool. Fun slide. Great steps into pool which makes it almost zero entry. Deepest part is 5 feet. No diving board. Has a nice separate baby pool. Manager on duty was grumpy when we were there which is why I took 1 star off. No "check in" process.
Great place and location. Family friendly and plenty of lifeguards to make everyone feel safe.
