What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the pool are mixed, with several negative experiences contrasted by one positive one. Negative feedback primarily highlights issues with staff behavior and fairness, including an incident where 11-year-olds were allegedly attacked by younger children, then unfairly kicked out and left stranded. Other complaints concern extended pool closures after a lightning warning, with staff perceived as unhelpful, and multiple users reporting negative interactions with a 'redhead manager' who reportedly prevented them from swimming. Conversely, one positive review praises the pool as beautiful, clean, well-organized, and safe, noting the consistent presence of a lifeguard and an overall fun experience for children and families.

Me and my friends were minding our Business and then this Group of little girls came up to us and started splashing us, screaming at us and scratching us. And then we got kicked out for no reason I don’t understand why the little girls did t get kicked. And mind you we are a group of 11 year olds with no way home cause our parents are at work and planned to pick us up another time! So we went back and didn’t even enter the pool and they said to wait on a bench for our parents to pick us up. Also mind you that they pick us up in 2 hours and it is cold outside we are only in swimsuits. One of the worst experiences ever at a pool
Me and my family came to the pool after a lightning warning and they closed it for about an hour and we have been waiting and the sun is shining and there is not a cloud in the sky and yet they are still not letting us and and they are sitting by the snacks laughing it up.
My son and his family live in Greenfield, and I've been to the pool/clubhouse several times. It's beautiful! Always clean, always plenty of chairs, and the kids have a great time. A lifeguard is ALWAYS there, and it feels safe and organized. It's fun to be there!
