As a member who has to stay a few more months because of a contract I just wanted to express my continued disappointment with Every. Single. Aspect of this club. I just called with a simple question about the sauna. I was told that they can't heat it up for us anymore because we were not responsible in turning it off. I just think maybe that shouldn't be our job. Maybe that should be the staffs job. They barely even provide a towel for the sauna. They could at the very least flip a switch to turn it off. Suanas don't really work if they are not warmed up. Staff is highly incompetent and lazy. Zero problem solving skills. Over half the TVs are broken or they are unwilling to figure out the internet connections. Food is terrible and inconsistent. The pool experience this summer was completely atrocious. Drunk staff, beyond filthy pool deck, pool is falling apart. Swim team staff was a joke. Do not join this club.

Fantastic experience through the 4 years we've been members here. Friendly staff, FUN activities, great exercise classes, clean grounds, well maintained courts and an owner who's involved and about as nice as one could be. I hate seeing people give bad reviews based on an isolated experience, of course things can go wrong from time to time like anywhere but after 4 years here behind us now, we can honestly say Dennis and his crew run a tight ship!

I just saw a review from someone that commented that the "employees were rude". I almost laughed myself off my chair. Whoever wrote that hasn't spent any real time at the club at all. We have been members for about 6 years. And, each year, I find myself compelled to write yet another letter to the club manager asking him how they always seem to find such incredible people to represent them as daily employees. From the folks who come check on you at your pool chair to see if you have everything you need to Becky (in management), they are all INCREDIBLE! So, my apologies to whoever thought they had had a bad experience with the employees. At the risk of offending them, I am going to have to 100% contradict their assertion as being completely invalid, and more than likely, from someone who has little to no exposure to the club (and its employees) at all. I have played Homestead several times as part of a city wide league. They have always been fantastic hosts. The new facility looks great. We played in the new indoor courts tonight. Lighting was good. Logan, the club pro and all front end staff were very helpful. Have always had a great time here.
