I really liked the pool. I don’t like how the African-American children are treated or basically anybody that’s not Caucasian. To hear that my straight A football playing 16 1/2 yr old has been asked multiple times to see his pool pass… when no one else is being asked kind of sets red flags off for me. Luckily, we only live here for the school district not the pool. Hopefully they will find a resolution to people feeling like they’ve been discriminated against because that’s not a good feeling especially as a young man. I would not have said something on here, yet I believe everybody needs to come together and realize it’s more than just the color if somebody skin. This is a Community place. This is where our community is supposed to come together not be segregated and we definitely shouldn’t be making kids feel like they don’t belong somewhere especially after you check the pool card multiple times already the same visit. Sounds like a racial issue to me and I do not appreciate it.

So this year in New Mark pool I was very happy to see the shelter houses that they have built for shade very mice

It was an okay pool. Nothing huge or extravagant. It had two diving boards, big pool then a small pool for little ones. Over all it was a good experience.
