What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews indicate a mixed experience, though several negative points are highlighted. Customers reported issues with water treatment leading to facility closures. Significant complaints were raised about staff, including an 'obnoxious' employee constantly measuring heights and pulling people from pools, and lifeguards described as rude, failing to communicate rules, and prematurely ending activities. One incident noted an adult nearly 5 feet tall being required to wear a life jacket in a 0-3 feet deep pool. Despite these criticisms, some patrons found the place 'very nice' and a good 'hangout spot'.

They can't treat the water properly and have to close it.
If I can I would give it a negative star. I’m grown adult in my mid 30’s that is an inch shy of the 5 feet mark. It is so ridiculous that they were telling me I need to wear a life jacket to go stand at the 0-3 feet pool while watching my kids play in the pool. Also there was a very obnoxious employee who measured every single person even though you can physically see they exceeded 5 feet going in the pool or exiting pool. While sitting and observing, that obnoxious employee was pulling people out from the pool so he can measure their height. I wouldn’t waste my time and energy going back there.
Life guards are rude. Never told us rules and expected like we knew them. No running on aqua park or sitting. Got here at 3 and life guards kicked us for “not listening”. One lifeguard admitted they just wanted to go home, what a waste of money I paid
Very nice!
My place to hangout this past summer.
