Great place for family fun! We had a wonderful time at Spring Aquatic Center! The facility is clean, well-organized, and perfect for kids of all ages. The staff was friendly and attentive, and there were plenty of lifeguards on duty, which made me feel safe bringing my children. The slides and splash areas were a big hit with the kids, and there were plenty of shaded spots for parents to relax. Highly recommend for a fun and refreshing day out with the family!
Tall slides for the big kids, a big pool for adults. Splash pad for the littles. I think it was about $11 per person. Concessions consisted of water ($3), soda, and Celsius. Nachos and hotdogs are what I remember for food. The line was as long as the parking lot and was like that all day. Park opens at 12 and we waited in line since 11:30am. Cute park, clean areas besides the women's bathrooms, which are horrendous. Several stalls were out of order. The ones that weren't out of order were clogged. The changing area was completely open. Love this little spot but wish some things could be improved!
The place itself is fine. Staff is friendly. My kids have fun there, but one complaint I do have is when they are at capacity and everyone is standing outside in line waiting to be able to go in, there should be a separate line for season passholder. They should have priority. They’ve already paid to be there whenever the park is open versus people who have not yet paid admission for that day. I find this frustrating because I have taken my kids a few times to try to go swimming and not been able to get in and I’m not gonna stand in a line possibly for hours when it’s hot outside but my swim money is already invested in them so it doesn’t make sense for me to have to go and show out money to take my children to another place to swim. Folks who don’t have season passes could go elsewhere. They haven’t paid yet. This is something I really wish they would take in consideration. (Or at least open it a half hour early for people with season passes so they can get priority to be in the park already) This is going to make people not want to renew passes for future seasons. it seems like they could offer an online reservation system or post on their website when they’re at capacity so people don’t waste to drive out… I’m putting this review mainly to give suggestions hoping someone who works there. Will read it and come up with a better plan.
The place itself it's very good but there is no food, they only sell hot dogs and nachos. Women's bathrooms had no toilet paper and it could use some cleaning. Other than that is a decent place to take the kids for some fun.
Love Tiffany springs aquatic center. I’ve been coming here for a few years with my son when we moved to the northland. This year is the first year I bought season passes for us because waiting in the line is not something I ever want to do in life again. However, today, (6-22) at open season pass holders were told they will have to join the line, (which was already going down the parking lot) because they can’t scan it. I’m assuming because they are short staffed. However, you all need to have a plan for when that happens that doesn’t include season passes holders waiting in line. We paid already. For the season. I can’t speak for every person with a pass, but I’m sure that is a big reason why we purchased one to begin with. Most places have the scan available to the guest so we can scan it, and keep it moving. Also, I gave 4 stars because the bathrooms at this facility are always extremely dirty no matter what is going on. I can’t believe people actually shower here. I wish we could still bring in coolers, but nothing is stopping anyone from leaving it in your car and eating it there. Other than those negative things in have mentioned this is a good place. I never feel over crowded, my son enjoys coming here, and the lifeguards are always on top of their game.
