The area has a small playground with a swingset for the kids and multiple tennis courts. The ground near the pool and on the tennis courts is very hot and burns bare feet. The pool has one low diving board, and only two lifeguards on duty for the entire area. The pool has old, rusty ladders and a bad smell. The baby pool is very small, and the water is murky and greenish, with no lifeguards on duty there. The bathrooms are gross, with wet, dirty floors and sinks with cobwebs. There is a room with a pool table that is very run-down and dusty. The outdoor barbecue has old, uncleaned and rusty grills. Overall, the place needs some major maintaince.
